Biological Age Tests

You can’t manage what you can’t measure. Supplements, foods, fasting, exercise, meditation, and other choices offer longevity benefits. But how can you tell if they really work? Biological aging clocks have come a long way in recent years. The following video by Ryan Smith with TruDiagnostic discusses the advantages of clocks based on epigenetic methylation.
