Supplements I take

Listed below are supplements I take, including vitamins (b12 and d3), minerals (iodine and zinc), antioxidants (coq10, pterostilbene, and sulforaphane), nad boosters (nmn powder, apigenin, and tmg), senolytics (grape seek extract and quercetin), neuro protectors (alcar and fish oil), joint and skin protectors (glucosamine/chondroitin and hyaluronic acid), and others (akg, carnosine, a greens blend, and melatonin). I typically take the supplements in the evening.

Recently I’ve been fasting most days until 2pm and eating between 2 and about 9pm. Other than an omega-3 fish oil capsule, I usually follow a high-fiber, whole-food, vegan diet and avoid processed foods (foods with added oil, sugar, or refined grains). I try to follow the diet recommended by the doctors on this website. I get a moderate amount of exercise most days including 3 plus miles of biking and several minutes of isometric exercises.

My supplements and diet are based on reading and videos, some of which can be seen on this website. I’m not a medical doctor. My guess is that the diet I eat and the supplements I take are not ideal. My hope is that they’re good enough to keep me alive until better therapies are available.

Talk to your doctor before taking any supplements or changing your diet. Based on your medical condition, the diet and supplements I use could be wrong for you. Regular medical checkups are recommended to monitor your blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipids, inflammation, and other health numbers.
